OUR SERVICES
Our service offering includes Road Haulage, Clearing and Forwarding, Safe and Secure Transport supported by tracking systems.
ROAD HAULAGE
With a fleet of 180 trucks, we have the capacity and capability of managing any type and volume of cargo. Each truck in our fleet is less than three years old and are all Volvo models, with the aesthetics of our fleet being an indication of our approach to professionalism.
Our trucks and trailers are equipped with full maintenance plans from relevant manufacturers to minimize risks of breakdowns, thus ensuring efficient road haulage. We have also employed personnel in all major towns on our designated routes to ensure safe passage and to maximize efficiency. Our service offering includes operational offices in Lusaka, Zambia and Johannesburg.
CLEARING & FORWARDING
We have our own representatives in South Africa, Livingstone, Victoria Falls, Kazungula, Ndola and Kasumbalesa, and are also aiming to provide a clearing facility at other Border posts through Manica and various other offices with whom we have established long term relationships.
STORAGE & WAREHOUSING
We provide a 20 000 SQM fully concreted open storage facility in our Lusaka yard. In addition, our South African yard provides a 25 000 SQM fully concreted open storage facility, of which 3000 SQM is under roof.
SAFETY & SECURITY
Our drivers are cherry-picked, carefully screened and vetted prior to employment, and are effectively trained. Our trucks are also comprehensively insured. When loaded with high risk commodities such as copper, we procure additional armed security services for the duration of the load. We also ensure that drivers use only designated routes and are always provided with additional funds for tolls. In addition, safety equipment is provided to our drivers and equipped on all our trucks.
TRACKING & MONITORING
All our trucks are equipped with Satellite Tracking Systems which can be accessed in real-time through computer and mobile devices. Our drivers have been provided with updated mobile devices to ensure ease of control and monitoring. We provide tracking reports to our clients at least thrice daily, further to which the precise location of cargo can be accessed and provided upon request. We also ensure that our trucks travel in convoy of a minimum of 3, up to a maximum of 6 trucks.
